This person will work directly with our Implementation Specialist team to help plan and coordinate our client launches with maximum efficiency and in a manner which best utilizes the team and their talents.
We are seeking a candidate who will grow alongside our team and business, and help us to seek out new and innovative ways to create maximum value within the Implementation process.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in new client onboarding and/or growing relationships in the initial stages of the new client lifecycle for a SaaS organization.
Work with 100+ clients each month organizing and managing the tactical resource plan to get them through the implementation process
Manage customer expectations
Organize and coordinate the end-to-end Implementation experience for a variety of self-storage business owners (our clients run the gamut from small, mom-and-pop operations to large, publicly traded corporations)
Assign Implementation Specialists to specific client engagement projects with a goal of effectively balancing resource utilization needs with planning targets, skills allocation, actual utilization and staffing levels
Work with implementation specialists to execute the highest priority cases as quickly as possible
Report on and manage the implementation backlog - flagging Sales or other relevant parties as needed to ensure client engagement and prevent churn
Create and distribute reports on implementation metrics, providing visibility for capacity and revenue planning
Hold team retrospectives to identify areas for improvement - think critically and use discretion to identify client needs and limitations
Remove roadblocks, extraneous work or unnecessary tasks from the implementation team
Identify improvement opportunities and effectively recommend and implement process adjustments to meet our goals
Own and evolve client training programs
Work within tight deadlines
Must be highly skilled in written and verbal communication
Must have excellent customer service skills
Ability to problem solve, analyze situations and provide solutions
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
