Software Implementation Specialist

The Software Implementation Specialist is primarily focused on completing a smooth and successful implementation for our customers to our varied self storage technology products. You will have experience onboarding customers in a SaaS environment and a desire for accurate and quality work.

You are the first member of our vast client services team to work with our customers. You combine time management, communication, configuration, data conversion, and training skills to guide our customers through the process of software and marketing website/lead generation implementation. You set our customers up for success with our first-in-class products.

 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage the process of onboarding 40+ new clients each month onto our platforms

  • Train end-users on our platforms

  • Import, organize, and merge batches of client data

  • Be a point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests during the onboarding process

  • Manage customer expectations

  • Work within tight deadlines

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for clients via phone and email

  • Advise clients on how to get the most out of our products


Requirements:
 

  • Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience

  • Must have excellent customer service skills

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to problem solve, analyze situations and provide solutions

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Foundational knowledge of accounting and finance concepts

  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot accounting/financial data preferred
